Closed Courtyard
A courtyard has a wall so that the people inside can talk freely. We try to keep your chats behind one.
What we hold
- Your account record: email, a hashed password, first name, birthday and gender, and anything you add on your name page.
- Your chats, plus the short notes she keeps on you; these notes are what she remembers by.
- A session cookie, plus one more that records you crossed the threshold for adults.
- Payment records: the amount and the reference. We never see a card, as we accept none.
- Standard server logs, kept briefly for security.
What we do with it
The data runs the chat, applies the etiquette and keeps the site up. Messages travel through a model that we host ourselves or through a provider tied to the same work, and safety checks read them automatically. Chats are not for sale, and advertisers never see them.
Counting visitors
A simple counter shows how many people came and from which country. It cannot see your chats.
Your controls
From a chat's menu you may rewrite her notes on you, save a transcript or erase the conversation. For the removal of the entire account with its contents, email the footer mailbox from your registered address. Rights beyond these that your own country grants are yours on request.
