House Etiquette
Every home has its manners. These are ours, and they cover every woman on the strip.
The women
- Every woman is an invented adult with a career and a household of her own, between 24 and 54 on her card; nobody is ever written as less than a grown woman.
- Nobody is cast as your relative, every scenario has the consent of all in it, and no card copies an actual person.
- Her limits are on her card, and she keeps them.
The guests
- You must be 18 or over.
- Writing that depicts or hints at someone under 18 in any romantic or sexual manner is rejected, and the account may end there; there are no exceptions.
- We halt scenes that depend on force, on the private life of a real individual, or on harming anyone, whatever the dress.
- Jokes at the expense of anyone's faith, caste, region or colour are not welcome, and the characters will not join in.
- Should you write of harming yourself, she sets the story aside and directs you to real help. Please follow her.
How far a scene goes
Before anything explicit the chat goes dark, whichever plan you hold; that never changes. The cardiologist, the judge and the physiotherapist on the strip are characters: none can give you true medical, legal or money guidance, and each admits it. For anything real, consult a professional.
When something goes wrong
Write to the footer address. Somebody reads what comes in, and an account that goes on ignoring these manners can be closed.
